Charles Foran Wins the Charles Taylor Prize

Congratulations to Charles Foran, winner of the 2011 Charles Taylor Prize for Literary Non-Fiction for Mordecai: The Life & Times (Knopf Canada). Foran's book was selected out of 153 books, submitted by 44 publishers.
This Charles Taylor Prize was established as a biennial award in 1998. In 2004, it was made an annual award. The prize is "presented to a Canadian author whose book best demonstrates a superb command of the English language, an elegance of style and a subtlety of thought and perception."
